  I had been to this location when Dr. Peckham was the doctor, so decided to go back,as I was very happy with my glasses. When I went to this new doctor I was told to try the no lines l lens, I informed them I had them many years ago and never could get use to them, they said they had improved so much and if I didn't like them I could return them and get the bifocals, of course, I paid for the no lines. Not really a problem, then my glasses come the lady just looked at them and said they are not right I will have to send them back, not really a problem. When I finally got my glasses, I knew it would probably take some getting use too, so wore them all the time. I noticed they always looked like they needed to be cleaned and I could not wear them at night as the lights were so bright. My friend looked through then and could see what I was talking about. I took them back and ask what the problem could be, she said you didn't get them tinted, I said would they look cloudy and lights real bright, she said it would. I looked at my bill, I had paid $100 extra dollars for them to be tinted. She said she would call the lab and see if I could get a discount on another pair of glasses, she never called back. I paid $427.00 for a pair of glasses I can not wear.

  Dr. Kahrhoff and his staff are second to none. When you ask questions, he takes his time and answers thoroughly and in a way that just makes sense. He takes his time with each patient, yet I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes to be seen. I highly recommend Dr. Kahrhoff and Complete Vision Care.
